If you love scuba diving and want to inspire others while spending more time underwater, the PADI Divemaster Course is your first step into the professional diving world.

As a PADI Divemaster, you'll become a leader, mentor, and role model for divers of every experience level. Working alongside experienced PADI Instructors, you'll develop advanced diving skills, leadership abilities, and the confidence to supervise dive activities while assisting with diver training.

Whether your goal is to work at a tropical dive resort, aboard liveaboards, in a local dive center, or simply become the most knowledgeable diver in your community, becoming a Divemaster opens the door to exciting opportunities around the world.

What You'll Learn

Throughout your training, you'll build the skills expected of a professional dive leader.

Training includes:

• Leadership and supervision techniques
• Risk management
• Dive planning and organization

• Supervising certified divers

• Rescue skill refinement

You'll gain extensive real-world experience while working alongside our instructional staff during actual classes, dive trips, and training activities.

Course Prerequisites

To enroll, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver (or hold a qualifying certification from another recognized training organization)
• Have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR & First Aid) training within the previous 24 months
• Submit a medical examination signed by a physician within the last 12 months
• Have at least 40 logged dives to begin the course
• Have 60 logged dives before certification
