Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Orange County Divers cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Certain manufacturer-restricted products may only be sold within the United States of America.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are eligible within 30 days of the original purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Special order items
- Breathing gas fills
- Service labor charges
- Used scuba equipment
- Opened safety or hygiene-related products where applicable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns may be denied for:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds & Gift Cards
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
A re-stocking fee of $25 may be assessed if the product requires cleaning, repackaging, inspection, or resetting prior to resale.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, and closeout items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
