Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Certain manufacturer-restricted products may only be sold within the United States of America.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are eligible within 30 days of the original receipt date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Special order items
  • Used scuba equipment
  • Breathing gas fills and service labor

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns may be denied for:

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds & Gift Cards

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

A re-stocking fee of $25 may be assessed if the product requires repackaging, inspection, cleaning, or resetting prior to resale.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays sometimes occur

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance items, and closeout merchandise are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
