Haven’t been diving in a while? The PADI ReActivate™ program is the ideal way to refresh your scuba knowledge and skills so you can confidently return to the water. Whether it’s been a few months or several years since your last dive, this scuba refresher course helps you review the essential concepts and practice key in-water skills with the guidance of a PADI Professional.

The program begins with PADI ReActivate online learning, where you review important diving knowledge from the PADI Open Water Diver course at your own pace using a computer, tablet, or mobile device. After completing the knowledge review, you’ll join one of our instructors for a pool refresher session, where you’ll practice core scuba skills, equipment setup, buoyancy control, and other techniques designed to rebuild comfort and confidence underwater.

This course is perfect for certified divers who want a quick refresher before a dive trip, are preparing to continue their training, or simply want to make sure their skills are sharp before heading back into open water.

Divers who complete both the knowledge review and in-water refresher will receive a replacement certification card showing a ReActivated date, demonstrating their updated diving knowledge and skills.
