The Highland Side-Slide Weight Pockets provide a secure and streamlined way to add integrated ballast to any standard 2” webbed harness system, making them an excellent upgrade for backplate-and-wing, technical, and advanced recreational diving setups.

Designed for stability, comfort, and easy weight release, these pockets feature large side-squeeze 2” buckles located on the front of each pocket, allowing for quick and controlled emergency weight dumping when needed.

An integrated adjustment strap with stainless steel D-ring allows the pocket to be cinched down securely for a snug, stable fit during diving operations.

Each pocket holds up to 12 lbs (5.5 kg) of lead weight, providing substantial ballast capacity for wetsuit, drysuit, sidemount, and technical diving configurations.

The rear-mounted dual grommet tail system allows the pockets to attach directly to a backplate, helping prevent the pouches from sliding forward during dives.

For improved ergonomics, especially for divers with smaller waist sizes, the pockets include a unique 30° angled web retainer option that positions the weights upward for improved comfort and trim.

A large 2” stainless steel D-ring located on the bottom of each pocket provides additional attachment points for accessories and gear organization.
