At the center of the package is the Liberator BC-0103B, a rugged jacket-style buoyancy compensator featuring TUSA's Advanced Weight Loading System III (AWLS III) for secure, front-loading integrated weights and the Ultimate Stabilizing Harness (U.S.H.), which minimizes tank movement while improving trim, balance, and overall comfort throughout every dive.

Breathing performance is provided by the RS-790 Regulator System, featuring the R-700 balanced diaphragm first stage and S-90 pneumatically balanced second stage. Designed for reliable performance in both warm and cold water, the environmentally sealed first stage helps prevent water intrusion while the pneumatically balanced second stage delivers smooth, effortless breathing in demanding conditions.
