The Highland by XS Scuba Side-Slide Weight Belt combines the convenience and security of modern weight-integrated BCD systems with the simplicity and flexibility of a traditional scuba weight belt. Designed for recreational and technical divers alike, this innovative system uses dual quick-release side-slide weight pockets for comfortable and adjustable weight distribution underwater.

Inspired by today’s integrated BCD pocket systems, the Side-Slide Weight Belt allows divers to easily load weights from the front of each pocket, similar to many modern weight-integrated BC designs. This makes loading, adjusting, and securing weights simple and efficient.

For emergency situations, the system features large 2” (5.1 cm) squeeze-style quick-release buckles located on the front of each pocket, allowing fast ditching of weights when needed.

Each side pocket includes an adjustable retention strap with integrated D-ring to cinch the pocket securely for a snug and stable fit during dives.

The belt includes four black weight keepers that allow divers to customize weight positioning for improved trim, balance, and comfort underwater.

Each weight pocket holds up to 12 lbs. (5.44 kg) of either soft or hard block lead weights, providing ample capacity for a wide range of diving configurations.
