EFR training is supported by self-study materials, videos, and quick reference guides, allowing you to begin learning immediately and reinforce your skills throughout the course.

This certification fulfills the CPR and First Aid requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and is required for all professional-level PADI certifications.
