The XS Scuba Pony Pac is a lightweight, streamlined harness system designed for divers who want a simple, rapid-entry setup without the bulk of a traditional BC air bladder. Compact, comfortable, and highly versatile, the Pony Pac is ideal for emergency response, instructional use, shallow-water operations, and divers using smaller pony cylinders.

Built around a minimalist harness design, the Pony Pac provides a secure platform for mounting smaller scuba cylinders while maintaining excellent freedom of movement and easy transport. The updated design now features XS Scuba’s downsized Catch n’ Release™ weight pocket system, allowing divers to quickly install or ditch weight pockets with a simple pull for added convenience and safety.

The harness comfortably fits 13, 19, 30, and 40 cu. ft. cylinders with diameters ranging from 4.0” to 5.4”, making it an excellent solution for pony bottle setups, rapid-response dive kits, or lightweight dive systems.

Designed with comfort in mind, the Pony Pac includes oversized thumb loops for easy strap adjustment, a rolled neoprene neck collar for reduced pressure and chafing, and a 2-way adjustable sternum strap for a customized fit.

For divers wanting additional buoyancy capability, the Pony Pac can also be upgraded into a compact travel BC with the optional Companion Air Cell.
